Title: Fixable or one to avoid?
Post by: thenandrins on February 18, 2018, 01:06:11 pm
I have plenty of experience with building up bikes but none of fixing "ripped" seat tubes.

Thoughts on whether this is fixable, who might be able to fix it and a rough cost? .... or one to avoid?

Thanks.
