Has it been sold? I would have had that for one of my daughters she is incapable of getting the gears right on a derailleurs.

Looks very similar to the one that was listed on EBay for £950 that has now been removed.

It does look very similar but on closer inspection the one that was on eBay is a Sport Tour, the forks give it away. The Raven Tour looks very good value indeed, I would have thought it's been snapped up by now.

If it's the bargain some people think it is, do you think that's an indication of how well Thorn bikes and Rohloffs hold their value or how much prices have gone up?
The standard Raven from the first year or so (The Celtic bands were gone before I got mine in 2004) would have been around £1,100 and people are suggesting it's worth £1,000 now!!
I have another bike from around the same period that I don't often use, the only thing stopping me selling it is that despite it being recently resprayed and in excellent condition it's unlikely to fetch 25% of it's original cost.

So I bought the bike as the buyer pulled out. It has just been delivered to my parents home in England, unfortunately I am living and working in China and probably won't be back in the UK for a year and a half to have a look. I got 20000km out of my last Raven Tour before it was stolen, let's hope I can get more out of this one.
