Title: Your Bike Hates You (Facebook entertainment site)
Post by: Danneaux on June 23, 2017, 11:59:03 pm
Hey All!

As I was checking "Your Bike Hates You" again today, it occurred to me some of you might not be familiar with this Facebook entertainment site:
https://www.facebook.com/yourbikehatesyou

It could have been labeled "Bike Hacks". Few are advisable, most are unsafe, all are ingenious in remarkable(!) ways. I've attached several photos below as a preview.

Best,

Dan.

My first thought on the crankset wasn't that it was made of drillium, but that someone had shortened cranks for a child, and then reset the holes as the child grew up.

"Just because you can, doesn't mean you should."  Scanning the global horizon as I do now & then, I find myself saying this a lot these days...

For those without Facebook accounts, here is a small additional selection culled from the many posted there, all either submitted by mechanics or viewers or culled from the Internet and forums....

Best,

Dan.
